Thought of the Day

As a Knicks fan, it’s really exciting for me (as a fan of the NBA in general) to watch a real team and a really dedicated player offer his talents to the world. Kobe Bryant is the universe’s best basketball player, and today against the Mavericks he proved why. After missing seven of his first 10 free throws, Kobe went on to make his next 17 in a row. He scored 30 of his season high 52 points in the 4th quarter and Overtime, and simply put on a spectacle this afternoon. He proved that when he wants to, he can take over a game and utterly dominate an opponent. It’s just nice to see a player that cares. And like I mentioned over a week ago more players are following in Kobe’s footsteps an I think the NBA is turning its page back into a character league.
